How Long Do I Have To Return My Item?

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Can I Return My Custom Ordered Jewelry?

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:  

  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
  • Engraved jewelry and special orders are final
  • Product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
  • Any item without tags will not be eligible for refund.

 

How Do I Ship My Return?

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item is returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Any item without tags will not be eligible for refund.

 We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s)
All returns will be processed within approximately 7 days upon receipt.

 

When Should I Expect My Refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
